NYFW: IFB Conference at Milk Studios
Anytime you put fashion and blogging under one roof greatness is bound to happen. This past Thursday I volunteered at the Independent Fashion Bloggers conference @ Milk studios in New York. This was the first day of fashion week so many people from all over traveled to tune into panels of well-known bloggers giving advice on different topics to enhance your blog. The panel discussions ranged from “Making Blogging a Business” to “Working with Brands” and I was able to take away some great information on successful blogging:
- Your blog design is important
- Authenticity is key
- Unique content is KING
- Influence is more than having a lot of fans and followers
- Start with brand loyalty and be true to your readers
