A Kings Wardrobe: TSBmen Feature

“Patterns and Pastels”

I had the pleasure of being featured on TSBmen.  I’ve been following this blog for a few years now and its a honor to be highlighted by one of the forefront of men’s fashion blogs. I had the opportunity of meeting Dan Trepanier who is the founder of TSBmen at this past fashion week.

During our brief conversation, I told him I was from Philadelphia and asked him about my good friend Sabir Peele of Mens Style Pro.  A few months went by, Sabir is now documenting and cultivating the style scene in Philadelphia, PA for a TSBmen style feature and decided to use myself. Check out my “day-to-day Spring style; statement vintage pieces, expressive pattern mixing and see the full feature & photos over at TSBmen. – K.R.T.

“I love mixing prints, patterns and colors. Most guys tend to wait for the weather to get warm before introducing color into their wardrobes, but I like to wear color year-round…even layered up in the Winter.”

“I often start styling my look around a hat – like this feather trim fedora… I own many hat styles, but the fedora is usually my go-to because it has the least affect on my hairstyle (making it easy to take on and off).”

“I’m all about finding, repairing, or tweaking one-off pieces that nobody else has… When I visited my uncle in NYC about 4 years ago I saw these round tortoise glasses laying on the bathroom sink, broken. I asked him if I could keep them if I got them fixed… Now they’re a daily staple of my look.”
